Delivery

All prints are printed to order.

We aim to dispatch your print within 14 working days from receipt of your payment. If framing is required, a delivery date will be forwarded to you by email.

If you require your print by a certain date please email us the date using the Contact page and we will make every effort to post it to you by then.

Non-UK Customers

Shipping overseas will be sent via Royal Mail International signed service, please note that shipment to non EU countries may be subject to import duties and tax- Geoff Barker The Artist takes no responsibility for these charges.

Returns

The art prints and framed prints are bespoke and customised goods. The prints and frames are made to order according to your chosen options. These Goods do not attract the cancellation rights that typically apply to a distance contract.

You may return an art print if you are unhappy with the product when you receive it. A 25% per item administration return fee will be deducted from any refund; if returned in an expectable condition.

Lost and damaged Items

If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately or within 14 days of receipt. All items and packaging used must be kept. You may be required to send a photograph of the damaged item. You may be contacted by a member of the Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for instructions before returning. If your item does not arrive within 21 days of your order, and you have not received a notice of any delay, please contact us. Payment

For Geoff Barker the Artist all transactions are processed by credit card or debit cards in pounds sterling (GBP) via PayPal secure website. Postage costs will be added to your transaction at check out.

Postage Costs

This includes the cost of packaging your print safely and Royal Mail delivery with insurance. Postage and packaging will cost £16.00 per tube and can accommodate up to four prints.

The artwork will be shipped in a strong 2mm cardboard tube, each print will be hand rolled between 2 sheets of acid free tissue paper in a perfect condition. Please carefully remove the prints from the tubes to avoid damage.

You can store the print in the tube for a limited time, but it is advisable to remove the print and store flat before framing.

UK parcels will be dispatched via Royal Mail with Tracker service. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods arising during postage.
